We are glad to announce that DECEMBERANCE have finally inked a record deal with I For An I Records & Media!!!

The experimental doom death quintet DECEMBERANCE was formed in Athens, Greece, in September 1997. With some changes to the original line-up, their first demo, titled "Decemberance", came out in January 1998 and obtained some great reviews from the Greek media. Their second demo release, titled "Just a Blackclad...", came out in January 2001 with equivalent response by the press, giving them the opportunity to support such acts as Marduk (2001), Candlemass (2002) ,Kaamos (2003), Saturnus and Misanthrope (2008) as well as many Greek bands.

After some new line-up changes, the band, assuming a different perspective on sound, recorded the "Time" Promo CD which was just a part of their upcoming concept album, titled “Inside”!

The band just signed a record deal with I For An I Records & Media and "Inside" is expected to be hitting the stores in Autumn 2009!

We are proud to announce that THE SOURCE signed a record deal with I for an I Records & Media!

Reborn in the winter of 2007 from the ashes of NEGATIVE CREEPS - one of the primary acts in the Greek metal scene with two official releases from Black Lotus Records, (Inuterus Rebirth [2002] and Mutual Annihilation [2004]) - THE SOURCE is charging the metal world with modern thrash energy speed and aggression, driven by JB (guitars), Makis (vocals) and Tomek (drums). The line up was recently completed with the addition of two extremely capable young musicians Stamatis (guitar) and Atris (bass).

Their music is a direct reference to their sources and earliest musical influences, that is 80’s thrash andbands such as SLAYER, EXODUS, TESTAMENT & KREATOR whilst at the same time keeping in touch with the contemporary face of the idiom as this is expressed by bands such as the HAUNTED and DEW-SCENTED while incorporating the European melodic sense of CARCASS and AT THE GATES.

Using Speed, melody, heaviness, shredding and a focus on mature songwriting, THE SOURCE are accomplishing an ambitious and extreme sonic combination by means of utilizing their multi-year concert, recording and label experience in Greece and abroad.

Their upcoming album titled “The Source”, to be released via I for an I Records & Media, is scheduled to be hitting the stores in mid December 2008.

I for an I Records and Media is now officialy distributed in the U.K. by Code 7.

We are extremely pleased to announce that the notorious Athenian blackmetal trio The Eternal Suffering signed a record deal with I For An I Records & Media!

The Eternal Suffering were formed in 2001 and their early 2002 demo release, titled "Born of Chaos", was selected as Release of the Month in several magazines including Metal Hammer (Greece) and well known webzines such as Metal Invader and Avopolis. Their "In Darkness We Shall Reign" debut album was, once again, hailed by the press, voted as Release Of The Month by Metal Hammer and numerous webzines. The mastering of the album took place in Tampa, Florida in the famous Morrisound Studios by Jim Morris himself. Their astonishing 2008 E.P, titled Apognωsis, was definitely more than enough to ensure the band a record deal. Their next full length album, to be released via I For An I Records & Media, is scheduled to be an early 2009 blast!
